Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to all visa consultancy services provided by JL Travels to its clients. The services are offered under three distinct packages: Standard, Gold, and Premium, each with its specific features and payment terms.

2. Services Provided JL Travels offers a range of services, including profile assessment, visa requirement guidance, application assistance, cover letter drafting, itinerary planning, chat consultation, and a mock interview. The scope of services depends on the selected package.

3. Payment Terms The client agrees to adhere to the payment terms as specified for the chosen package. The payment structure and amounts are outlined separately for each package.

4. Refund Policy

  • Standard and Premium Packages: There are no refunds available under any circumstances.

  • Gold Package: Refunds are subject to specific conditions, such as a certain percentage refundable in case of visa rejection, if notified within a designated timeframe. No refunds are provided for changes in interview dates, client's decision to halt the process, no interview slot in Embassy at client's desired dates,  or late notification of visa rejection.

However, for clients who change their mind upon purchase of service, the following options are available.

  • The service can be used within one year from the date of purchase.

  • The service can be transferred to another person.

  • If no work has been initiated by JL, a 50% refund is possible, but only if the request is made within 3 days of purchase.

5. Disclaimer JL Travels is an independent consultancy, not affiliated with any embassy, government entity, or official immigration authority. The success of visa applications cannot be guaranteed.

6. Employment and Trafficking Disclaimer Services are strictly limited to tourist visa consultancy. JL Travels does not facilitate employment or endorse any illegal activities.

7. Information Accuracy Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the consultancy process.

8. Resolution of Concerns Any dissatisfaction with the services should be discussed directly with JL Travels. Clients are advised against making public negative comments, as legal action may be pursued in such cases.

9. No Liability Clients cannot hold JL Travels legally responsible for dissatisfaction with services or outcomes of visa applications.

10. Acknowledgment of Individual Status JL Travels operates as an individual consultancy without a specific trade license. Clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with this.
